RETURNS POLICY
We hope your happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event you're not, you can cancel or return the order. If you’ve got any issues whatsoever with your order just contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date and we will look into it.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, simply return your item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of product, and we will offer a choice of full refund or replacement. The cost of returning an unwanted item is the customers responsibility, unless damaged or faulty.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your items, we ask that you follow the below steps to make a return and place a new order. Please note that delivery charges will not be reimbursed.
If you wish to return an item(s) please fill out our contact form or email us with your details, order number and reason for return. Once we have received and acknowledged your return request you will be provided with our returns address. All returned items must be sent to our returns address. Once you have received our returns address, the return must be received within 14 days.
Customers wont get express/nominated or next day delivery costs refunded for return of unwanted goods. You should take care of the item as we might not be able to give a full refund if your actions reduce its value.
Please note delivery charges will not be refunded. If you are entitled to free delivery for your order and you need to request a refund or partial refund, the standard delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount unless the item you received was damaged or defective.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display/phone/tablet of any colour will be accurate.
Products must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, including all packaging and tags in tact, in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
If at our sole discretion we decide to accept a return received outside of this returns period, we reserve the right to make a charge to cover our costs in processing late return.
Exclusions
Mattresses, mattresses toppers or protectors, duvets, duvet cover set, pillows and pillowcases, bed sheets, bedspreads, towels, throws and blankets.
For health and hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns on these items unless unopened and sealed in original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Personalised items, made to order or custom made products are exempt from a return, refund or exchange, once ordered.
